Just a quick update on how Omni is faring-- so far the pinworms have been wiped out and the coccidia is about 35% gone as of the 16th (new fecal being tested on the 30th). She has since had a full shed, grown 1.25 inches and put on a bit more than 15 grams since being first treated at the beginning of this month. Her appetite is great, but still very selective- she won't touch her greens and wants nothing to do w/ phx. worms either- strictly a cricket girl which boggles my mind since I'd think she'd be tired of the same old thing, but whatever keeps her happy!! Thanks for everyone's support during this treatment phase, it gets pretty frustrating fighting these parasites. I hope I never have to do this again....

Hello,

Just wondering how your dragon was faring right now? I hope she is doing better & her levels have lowered also.
It is a lot of work to get the levels normalized.
How is her appetite doing?

Omni is in the middle of another treatment. Ponazuril for 2 days morning and night, 2 weeks off then repeat so not sure ntil the 8th of Nov. to see if it worked. her appetite is amazing, although it could be better for all I know. She eats 2 times a day still and is consuming about 40 crickets per day. She's starting to nibble at her greens and she loves to have her social time 3 times per day. She's been a trooper through the entire process, we love her a lot.....

Hello,

Oh I am sorry to hear that. The Ponazuril should wipe out the coccidia fast though so she wont need much of that medication then.
I hope she is feeling better soon.
Her appetite sounds pretty good right now though!

What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
