Dots on bearded dragons legs

Recently I noticed these black dots on the underside of my bearded dragons legs and I was wondering if anyone knew what they are.

Hiccup he is 6 and Blaze is 4
Those are femoral pores --- they can get plugged when they do soak in a weak betadine solution to soften them up and have some sort of rough surface to climb on to keep them open -- they dont look to bad now --- they can get a waxy plug that looks like a small candlestick
