Im trying to figure out what is wrong with my bearded dragon. There is a yellow section around his bottom and I would love to know what it is and how to treat it. It is also on the bottom of his back feet.

No, that's just a patch of unshed skin, very common anywhere on the body but it always looks alarming on the belly or the vent area if you're not used to seeing it. She's fine !

Hello,

Definitely old skin that is going to shed but no fungus!
I would say female just based on that angle, since there are no prominent femoral pores
present.

I do think it's a female based on the pores like Drache said but to get a better look can you put her flat on a table and arch the tail high in the air ? Like the pic in this article :
