Hey everyone, saw this spot on the back of my dragon's head. Not sure what's up, is it anything to worry about?

Thanks. I thought it may be dirt so I gave him a quick fingernail scritchy but it didn't come off, hence why I was so worried it was something awful. So, I guess, follow-up, I didn't hurt him by lightly scratching the scale with my fingernail did I?
He's not bleeding, no blackbeard or anything. And this photo was taken after.
