Hi all! I just got my beardie (tequila) about a month ago and have been noticing more that his tail is pretty dark. I know this can be natural coloring but I’m not sure if it is tail rot or not. He hasn’t been bitten from what I’ve seen (I work in the pet store I got him from nor by crickets as I watch him eat). If someone could just let me know I’d appreciate it! Thanks!!

Hello,

That is a normal pigmentation on the tail tip. It may be looking like it is possibly going to
shed on that area?
There definitely isn't any tail rot though. Nice looking dragon, very colorful!

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
