Parisites in my beardie

Hi!!! I was wondering my beardie has pin worms and I’m trying to keep his enclosure and stuff constantly clean and i was wondering if i clean a log with chlorohexidine and rinsed it really well and soaked it in very hot water and then baked it at 300° F in the oven for 30 minutes if this would have killed pin worms and any parasites on his log...?
