Do bearded dragons shed the underside of their feet?

Hello!

Drogon is showing some signs of shedding: on and off appetite, not wanting to move much, crankiness, and some individual scale shed.

However, i noticed the bottom of his front paw and back foot are turning white as if theyre going to shed. Is this normal? Also, here is an updated pic of my big boy enjoying the sun!

Yep, They shed their whole feet. And based on that photo, that's what's about to happen.

Does it affect them the way a whole body shed would?

It can. I think it can annoy them a bit. From what I've seen they are usually able to shed feet without issue but keep an eye out for constricting sheds around toes and fingers. Swelling of their feet and legs is common during a shed so I wouldn't worry about it much if you see that.
