Bearded dragon scales coming off, white underneath!?

Very recently my little over a year old bearded dragon did a full body shed. She was fine but I noticed a small lump on her right back foot and the shed was dark. I put her in a warm bath and lightly brushed her. It came loose but not off and underneath was white and smooth with a red dot. Only three or four scales a removed but the scales and shed are still attached.

please can you help me. What has happened and what can I do?!

If you have any raw, unpasteurized or manuka honey to put over the wounds will help or if you have and Betadine on hand

There's nothing there to be concerned about [ although it's always good to ask ] Your beardie's foot was and is fine. :)
