Femoral Pores

Just curious-

When I bought my beardie I was told he was a male, and was about a month old. The other day he turned 2 months old, and I decided to check under his tail, to see if there was any emerging bumps to see if he actually could be a male. I didn't see any formation of hemipenal bulges, however, I did notice that he had some femoral pores.
Online, it says that femoral pores aren't visible until at least 5 months of age.
Could it be possible that my beardie is actually older than they told me at the store?
He is only 9 inches and 32 grams, so how could it be possible that he already has femoral pores?

Confused :?

Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
