Possible blockage in nose?

In addition to my little girl going through a hunger strike (see my other post) I just noticed that her nostrils appear to be blocked. She went through a face/chin shed recently (still some bits I see), could this be stuck shed in her nose?

I'm just concerned it may affect her breathing (both are blocked and she is nowhere as energetic as she was before the parasite treatment. She ate 2 crickets today, but I had to drop them in front of her. I give her warm baths daily and as of last night when noticing the blockage I have been just dabbing her nose with a Q-Tip. Will this come out on it's own or should I mention this to the vet as well? Many thanks!

Leave it be , my advise is to resist the temptation to poke at it and unblock it .

The membranes in the nasal passages are very delicate and if an you damage them I can result in a very hard to treat infection in the nasal passages.

Chances are this will come away with the dragon's next nasal shed or the dragon will run the nose on it's furnishings to remove it if it's bothering it.

My Cleo has the exact same problem , and Peppa had the same problem for several months but in one nostril only.

Could be shed--could just be boogers (or bogies, depending on which side of the pond you're on :laughing6: )

If you're going to the vet anyway, sure--mention it. Chances are it'll take care of itself.
Just give her a little hankie, or put a box of tissues in her tank... (Joke)

Be sure to let us know if she starts snoring! :laughhard:

Be wary of vets probing about in lizard's nasal passages with dental probes ( or anything sharp and pointy ).
One of my friends had a juvenile Eastern BT skink with obstructed nasal passages ( was from a bad shed ) , vet probed about and cleared it, unfortunately damaged the nasal membranes and it soon became a nasty infection , 3 weeks later the skink was dead.

Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
