my beardie looks like he has blood on his chin?

I just noticed this cause got spooked so i went over to comfort him, also why his beard is black but i noticed what looked like this bloody spot on his chin. Im not sure if he just scraped his chin or if it could be something worse

To me it looks like a burn --- but I am no health expert--- can he get anywhere near his basking lamp- do you have a heat rock in tank or something hot ? Others will haft to weigh in on this and if it is a burn that would be why his beard is black - hes in pain

I dont have a heating rock but they way his habitat is set up he probably burnt it on the heating lamp it is a bit close to his walls, I have some mesh stuff on them so he can climb, so I'll move it away so he doesn't do it again! Thank you
