Is this yellow fungus?

It doesn't look like yellow fungus to me. It does look like the leg is going to shed so I'd just keep an eye on it. It will probably go away with the next shed. Look out for scabbing or wounded scales starting to spread which could indicate a problem, but I don't see any cause for concern in that photo.
