Ryuk, specifically this evening has just kept finding his way under his repti carpet and hiding there. His temps and everything are fine... any clue? He has only done this like once in the past. He doesnt seem stressed or anything, his color is fine. Was being all energetic earlier today. He is about to shed though so I was thinking maybe thats it? I know he tends to sleep a LOT when he is shedding.

If it's typical for him to sleep a lot while shedding, that could certainly be it. They sometimes go through phases in which they are sleepier though (as well as times when they are hyperactive). If everything else is OK I wouldn't worry about it and just let him be. He may like to have a fleece blanket or some fleece scraps to burrow in too.
