Calcium and vitamins

Okay so I’m a little confused on how much calcium to give my beardie. He is about 4/5 months now, about 14 inches long and 124 grams. I’ve been feeding him roaches for his first feeding and nutrigrubs for his second feeding before lights out. I dust with his multivitamin Saturday’s and Sunday’s. Is he getting enough calcium with just the nutrigrubs or should I be dusting his roaches as well?

I do multi on Saturday and Wednesday to spread it out. Calcium on the other days. However, when im stocked up on nutrigrubs, I don’t use calcium because they’re loaded with it anyhow—even if one feeding is roaches.
