Grey Scales on Tail?

Just noticed this patch of scales on my Beardie's tail:

I haven't seen this before, is it anything to be concerned about?
Beardie's behaviour is normal and everything, the mark itself doesn't seem to be sore or irritated.

I thought the same thing so I got a really soft tooth brush and gently tried to clean it but it didn't come off? Just got him out of the bath though and it seems to be gone, which is a relief!
