Hello, I have written here a few times about my beardie, she is 7 or so months old, she has had calcium deficiency problems before, recently her balance has been really bad and she has been quite wobbly when she walks around. The thing that has made me come here is the fact that she is falling on her back alot, she'll get tipped over by the smallest obstacles, such as climbing onto her log or even just putting a foot on her food bowl... I know her heat lamp isnt the best, exo terra repti-glo 10.0 (with a reflector)

we recently went on holiday for a week and my grandmother who looked after her forgot to give her calcium................ So i am wondering if this has made her worse? She is also very sleepy and not as active If anyone has any ideas that will be usefull thanks!

calcium deficiency could be made worse by inadequate dietary calcium and a combination of improper lighting. How far above the basking area is your ReptiGlo? A T8 with reflector should be 6-8'' above the basking area for best results. If the weather is good outside you could try bringing her out to bask in natural sunshine too.

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
