Bearded dragon looks dehydrated

She looks OK to me. How does her poop look? That's the best indicator of hydration. If it looks dried out then it could be an issue. If it looks damp or comes with some excess water she is probably well hydrated. You can always drip some water on her nose to lick up and she'll take some if she's thirsty.
