I'm pretty sure that your beardie will be fine. I Wouldn't recommend feeding him any more dead ones, But I think that the beardie will be fine.

So long as it was fresh , he'll be fine .
I give dead crickets to the wild skinks (outside) all the time, and they are thriving .
I draw the line at crickets that are turning dark or have gone off ---> they go into the garbage bin.
