Hey I’m new to this reptile care and my bearded dragon bought him about a week and a half ago and was wondering he is shedding rn his lower back and upper back legs is it normal for him to not be eating for a day? I have him a warm bath and everything,
It is very normal for them not to eat very much during shedding phases. Most of them are
just too preoccupied with their shedding & irritated to eat. He should have a better appetite
once he is done with his shedding.
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.
Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
