Strange bearded dragon poop, appetite fluctuations?

Sorry to start it off with that strange image, but my bearded dragon's poop nearly never looked like this, and he refused to eat for 2 days before it. After, he seemed to accept some dubia roaches. He is a juvenile beardie, around 4 months. His temperature gradients are correct, he has a 10% uvb lamp, all of the things you'd normally expect an enclosure to have.

Is this vet-worthy? Any ideas what would make his poop look like this?

It looks dehydrated. I'd certainly keep an eye out for more odd looking poop. I wouldn't worry about it on it's own but if it becomes a trend a vet visit may be warranted. I suggest offering drops of water on the nose to lick up and provide some extra hydration if needed. Feeding the roaches plenty of fresh veges will help pass along the hydration too.

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
