I dust my beardies food with calcium with d3. Should I be using the D3 or should I get calcium without it?

I know there can be over doses with D3 and i used to dust my two older beardies food with calcium d3 all the time and they didn't have a problem. However now i have a dusting schedule of three supplements just to make sure they dont overdose and that they get extra d3 just in case. I usually dust calcium without d3 three times a week, and then calcium with d3 two times a week with multivitamins two times a week.

If you have a GOOD (Zoo Med or Arcadia) T5HO 10%UVB or higher
and it's mounted so it gives about 180-200 microW UVB / sq.cm at the basking spot
and about 100 microW UVB / sq.cm elsewhere ,
and the photoperiod is upward of 14 hrs per day .

The D3 Fortified calcium powder is not necessary. Dietary calcium from leafy greens and dusting with pure calcium powder , the dragon will produce all the vitD3 it needs in it's skin.

Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
