AHBD is giving you great advice and so glad you got the Reptisun. Make sure the temps on the hammock that you're using are the right temps, for babies between 105-110F. You'll need to put the hammock higher maybe to boost the temps. I haven't checked your ER and not sure how old your dragon is. Is he in a 40 gallon tank? That might be the problem with the basking heat. He needs higher temps to digest better. You can also add pedialyte to his baths, he's probably low on electrolytes. This is a homemade version. So 1 qt hot water, 2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, then add cold water to get the temps you need. He can also drink that by syringe to get his levels up. So do that for a week.
As for the Carnivore Care, it's great, but you should do the mix I made for Imp when he was like that. 1/4 tsp Carnivore Care for protein & calcium), 1/4 tsp Critical Care (for all the vit/min & calcium), 1 tsp butternut squash baby food and sprinkle with bee pollen (to boost immune system). Add a bit of water, whisk to smooth so can go into syringe easily. My Imp was lethargic, had tremors and seizures, he ate that for a month and was better. Now he's 2 years old. So try that for his mix, he might eat it better. And don't force him to eat, Imp was 4 mo old when I got him, and he ate at max 5 ml, but I never forced him, when he was full I stopped. I still added a bit of calcium to that mix, too, but no vit/min, as Critical Care is a complete vit/min supplement. The bee pollen makes it taste a bit sweet, so that helped them eat it. Maybe that would work better.
