Hello! I discovered, to my surprise, an egg in my beardie Hank's tank Saturday. We had thought she was male up until then, so we were pretty surprised when we found it. I followed some instructions online in building a lay tank, but she seems uninterested in all the ones I've built. As of today (Wednesday) we've found two additional single eggs, but no large large clutches. I'm starting to worry for her, especially since she hasnt been wanting to eat. Is this normal? This is definitely her first time laying eggs, and they're definitely infertile. How long until we should be worried for her health?

Thanks.

Hi there, how is her activity level ? Beardies almost always stop eating shortly before and during laying. Pics are very important, post full body shots of her and some of her tank as well as the laybox. What exact type + brand lights do you use, and does she get calcium supplements ?

Here's how to post pics :

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
