Hello everyone,
Gave my beardie a bath to help with his shedding and go to the bathroom as well. He decided to go and so i rinsed him off with the faucet running but he got excited so his whole head got under the running water, hopefully that's okay. I know some beardie dunk their heads into the water but didnt know if its bad to have the faucet water directly onto his head it was just for quick seconds.

That's a pretty risky thing to do - running the taps while the lizard is in the bath tub, only time I ever did that (with a skink) he freaked out , I think the hissing sound panicked him. Never did that again.

I'd just keep an eye on beardie and maybe bump up the temperatures overnight and when beardie's sleepy I'd place a wedge shaped wod of cloth under beardie so it's bum is higher than it's mouth, this will help any fluid that might have been aspirated drain , the warmth will help dry the lungs too.
Keep an eye out for issues with breathing , will likely be fine , but no harm in taking some steps JIC.

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
