yes, you will want the vet to see if the damage is any further up the tail. Where did you get the little guy from? most places will exchange with a healthy animal if you just got him.

Had him for about a month from a local pet store, not a chain. Bought the cage and setup with accessories then he was free. I don't think I have the receipt either. Not sure if my daughter will want a new one or keep him and take him to the dr

Nothing wrong with having a stumpy, just need to make sure it doesnt spread or become serious, id take him in.

Waiting to see the vet as I type this...that part of his tail fell off and he actually looks good and has been eating and running around like normal.

Kind of looks like his tail didn't shed properly and cut of circulation to the rest of the tail or he injured it somehow. I would put some Neosporin (non pain relief type) or raw unpasteurized honey on it, if you have it, to prevent infection.

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
