Handling question?

Once I start handling a new pet should I every day or take breaks? So far we have had three “sessions” between 2 min and 10 with mixed results but no black beard. I actually haven’t seen one yet, a few hisses though. Just curious what has worked for others. Thanks

It's better every day in my opinion you can take a few breaks only for a day or two mine just started out with me holding him on my lap next to my tank for five minutes twice a day or more!
