beardies ever get depressed?

Does your beardies ever get depressed? Because I give jimmia lots of love and attention but when I put him back he looks like he angry or sad sometimes and makes me feel I got to get him out and pat him again and again (which I don’t mind) but I hate when he give me sad look

also he just came out of a 17 day hibernation and looks like he going to have a big shed as his head and body getting crystallised :|

You and jimmia have a special bond. Im sure he gets a bit sad when not around you. But, its good for him to have time in his tank that way he can be under his lights and heat to help him digest his food and stay healthy!

There may be a reptilian equivalent to sad in dragons, but it's hard to tell what's going on in their little heads. I'm sure Jimmia misses you, but I know from your posts that you give him a ton of love, and I wouldn't read too much into "the look". Mine give me weird looks all the time from the classic stink-eye to "what are you doing?" and "yes, I *am* a pretty beardie, thanks for noticing"
