Head shakes when hand is over it

I suspect light's too old , or too weak (in UVA) or too far away.
I saw shivers with one of mine (Rex) when I'd forgotten when the 26W UVB200 was due to be replaced , replaced globe and the problem went away within 2 or 3 weeks (pretty immediate for a dragon).

I'm using the reptisun HO t5 10.0 for uvb and for heating the reptisun spot lamp 100watt with a dimmer to make the basking area 110. I just got the t5 10.0 a month ago. He only shakes his head and closes his eyes when i put my hand or finger over his "third eye" When i'm holding him and put my finger over that "third eye" he doesn't shake at all. Here are some older pictures of my setup its pretty much the same but instead of the sand mat i'm using newspaper now, and the light in this picture is the T8 but i'm using the T5 now as i said earlier. https://imgur.com/qnRPSYc

110F is a bit hot …. I'd cut that back to no more than 104F.
