]My 15 mo. Old beardie has taken to hiding under his rock a lot!! And I'm trying hard to figure out why. He's eating normal, fecal test normal. He's a happy guy when I take him out. He runs Around like a crazy man. But in his tank he's almost always under his rock. I've tried increasing and lowering the temps and that hasn't changed the behavior. Hot side is currently about 93°. Hes got a reptisun 10.0 and a 125 watt incandescent heat lamp
Any suggestions what to test next?

He looks content in that photo. If he is eating well and is active outside the tank he is probably OK. Has his lighting changed recently? He may just be going through a phase of boredom or just a bit sleepy when in the tank. If he isn't showing signs of any other issues I'd let him be for now.

Thanks for your input. Lighting has not changed. Just played with the temps a little bit to see if he acted different. My husband said the same thing, to just let him be. He just looks sad when he's under his rock. Again, I appreciate the advice.

Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
