Baby Bearded Dragon Keeps Glass Surfing

My girl is now around two months old. Since we bought her, she would stand on her hind legs and lay against the glass, or run from corner to corner. After about two and half weeks since we got her, she clamed down and simply laid around. She's now back to doing it again. Is she simply seeing her own reflection, or could it be something else? Would such a thing cause her stress? How should I stop it?

Sometimes it's reflection in which case you can cover some of the glass with paper or a photo background which often helps. It could be due to her wanting out because the temps or UVB exposure are off. A lot of times it's just them being curious and not understanding the clear barrier. If you have a safe place for her to roam around outside of the tank she might enjoy some time out to explore. Just keep a close eye on her while she's out and don't let any other animals near.

Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
