My bearded dragon is 3 months now, ive picked her up a good little bit, traditional ways, scooping her up by putting 2 fingers under her front, she just won't have it, she always seems to squirm and is very hyper when out of her cage, she was the most active one in the cage at petsmart (the place i got her) but that shouldn't be the cause right? :?:

It is common for young dragons to be squirmy and want to run around and explore. They are quite curious. It's good if you can provide a safe spot for her to roam around and explore outside of her tank. Just be wary of areas she can get trapped in or things that could fall on her. Once an area is secured let her roam around and explore under your supervision. I think she will enjoy it.

Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
