Hello all, I adopted a 2 year old beardie about 1 month ago. For the past week or so she will sleep all day but only when she is out of her cage, and only under my bed where there is cold hardwood floors. I have the heat on constantly, and she never falls asleep any but under my bed. Is it possible she is getting confused on the season since every where else feels warm but under my bed?...

Just wondering i this is normal, or if I should not let her sleep under my bed. Thanks.

It's probably just a cozy spot for her to bunker down when she gets a bit cold as she's exploring. I've found that setting up a portable basking light for them to return to allows them to warm back up when they're out and continue exploring to an extent. It might be worth a try.

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
