Okay, so sorry to come back to this do late, but i was seeing if it got better if i changed things, and it hasnt.
So this is her enclosure. Excuse the mess in the left side..
There are crickets hiding in there, but thats not the issue as she gets stress marks even when they arent in there.
And she gets the marks like DEEP black. But when you pull her out she turns back to normal. I dont get it.

The darkening is her trying to absorb more light and warm up. When they are young it's normal for their bellies to show dark lines when they do this.
What are the surface temperatures around your tank? It's important to have accurate readings of the surface temps in the basking zone as well as the cool side surface so you have an idea about what the gradient is across the tank. Using an IR temp gun like this https://www.amazon.com/Nubee-Temperature-Non-contact-Infrared-Thermometer/dp/B00CVHIJDK or a couple of digital thermometers with probes like these https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0017N8W90/ are the best way to do this.
