Well today is the tenth anniversary of when I got Basil!
One of the best days I ever had, it was the start of something new!
The tiny wiggly critter I had soon grew into a big fat one that was so snuggly!
But after five years my Basil got sick and died from some weird disease.....
When he was sick and black bearding, I would try to comfort him and the black beard would go away...
Then I got another baby beardie, Ganta. Unfortunately he had a severe deformity and gout problem and I had to put him down after one month. I went back to the pet store again and got the other bearded dragon that was in the tank with Ganta, Blaze.
She was really angary and would hiss and bite when petted! But after a few weeks she calmed down. Also thought she was male for two years until she layed eggs, lol!
Blaze is now about five years old, and I hope to have her for some more years.
