As rough textured as these creatures are, it amazes me how much they like soft things.
Yes, they have their favorite things. It could be a rock, a tree, a branch or, a bowl and you dare not take it out. It can cause anxiety and/or stress.
They are simply amazing little buggers.

My Kiki used to have this light blue washcloth she loved.

She wouldn't sleep unless I put it over her at night. I would get the stinkeye like no ones business.
And then in the morning she'd slowly dig her head out from under it, and just lay their like a teenager under the blankets until enough of the day went by lol.
