Hey everyone! A little update on my Lewie:
I finally got him a real enclosure liner, and it looks way better than the little cupboard liners I had in there as a placeholder.
I measured the temps of his enclosure and his basking side isn't quite past 37 Celsius/100 Fahrenheit, so as soon as the bulb burns out (which should be pretty soon) I'll be getting a larger wattage. But until then I propped his branch up closer to the lamp and gave him more time to bask each day.
He's finally eating his veggies! Well, sort of. It took me a while, but I introduced him to squash and he absolutely LOVES it! Three days ago he began stuffing his face with the greens I gave him, but he hasn't since. At least we're getting somewhere!
He's gained a bit of weight since I've had him (probably cause I kinda went overboard with the superworms...) I'm ordering Reptiworms for him which should be much healthier for him.
