bad case of impactation

hi, I need some help with my beardie, he's about a year old and hasn't pooped for about 3 weeks, I'm pretty sure it's the result of an exposure to low temperatures, right now his terrarium has three lights thar shoul solve the temperature problem, I've been giving him warm baths and massaging his stomach and 3 days ago he pooped a little but only urates, I can still feel something in there, also I've been giving him some olive oil but it hasn't helped at all, he doesn't want to eat anything else than crickets and mealworms, what else can I do to help him poo?

Has he been brumating, or did he just get too cold recently?
What type & brand of UVB light are you using, is it a flourescent tube bulb or a compact or coil light? How old is your UVB light?
How many basking lights are you using? What are you using to measure the temps in the tank?
Keep in mind too that if he is overheating that will dehydrate him making him further impacted if he is dehydrated.
You can use some sugar free applesauce, or sugar free canned pumpkin along with a couple of drops of olive or mineral oil in with some squash babyfood given with either a plastic dropper or a plastic syringe & drip it onto the end of his nose.
As a one year old, he should be eating a good amount of vegetation. Do you offer him greens & veggies as well as the crickets?
I would cut back on the mealies as they are too fatty & not very nutritious. There are better alternatives than the mealies such as phoenix worms, butterworms, or silkworms. How large is he?
