HELP! Berdie wont poo. Wont eat. Wont get down from basking

My pet will not do any thing. He will just sit at his basking spot, and his gaze is looking at the gound.

What size enclosure do you have your dragon in? 55 gallon

What type substrate do you have on the bottom of your tank? the stuff that you use to cover the bottom of shelves. Got it from lowes.

Do you use UVB lights? yes

If so, Is it a coil, compact, fluorescent tube, or Mercury Vapor bulb? coil

What is the brand name and number of your bulb? Wattage (if MVB)? N/A

How old is your UVB bulb? Got new one. 1 week.

How close can your dragon get to the UVB? 8 and a half inches

Do you use a separate basking bulb? What kind and what is the wattage? My bulb is 660 watts but we dont use that amount of watts. The basking holder has an
RU on the side. Dont know what that means. Probably a company.

What are the basking temps? 85 to 120.

What is the cool side temp? 70ish

Do you take the temps with a stick on thermometer, a digital thermometer with a wire and a probe end or a temp gun? I use an indoor outdoor thermometer.

One end is at the basking spot while the other at the cooling/ resting spot.

Where exactly are you taking your basking temps? 90 degrees to 115 degrees.

Do you use a heat rock or heat pad? I use a heat pad underneath the tank. On top of that is the glass, a cardboard strip, then 2 brown tiles side by side.

What do you feed your dragon? Please be specific. 15 crickets a day. Veggies in morn. Fruit whenever he wants it which is mostley at both mealtimes.

How often do you feed and what time do you feed (morning, afternoon, night)? 10 crickets in morn along with 2 peices of greens or fruit. If food gone, I give
him some 5 crickets and more fruit.

Do you gutload (feed) your crickets, worms, etc? NO!

Do you use vitamin or calcium supplements? What brand(s)? How many days a week do you use each of them? I dont use vitamins.

Is your dragon having regular bowel movements (poops)? NO! He has not pooed for a week!

Do you bath your dragon? How often? Every Sunday. Basicly once a week.

Do you mist your dragon or offer water other than in the bath? NO!

Does your dragon share an enclosure with another dragon? NO!

Have you gotten a vet check and fecal done? NO!

We do need to review your tank setup.
Your coil light, which brand is that? They are hazardous to the health of your dragon & emit low wavelength UVB. Here is a site for you to read about them:

Your indoor/outdoor thermometer, does it have a wire probe with a sensor on it that you can put underneath your basking light? The basking temps are recommended at 95-110 so you do need to decrease those temps as he is probably overheating.
The undertank heater is not needed because heating coming from underbelly & overhead will overheat them. They do best with overhead lighting. He is most likely dehydrated & that is one reason that he has not gone to the bathroom. I recommend that you start giving oral fluids, daily with a plastic dropper.
The best UVB you should get is the Reptisun 10 flourescent tube bulb. You can get it from http://www.petmountain.com

The feeders should be gutloaded, otherwise they will not have any nutritional value when he ingests them. You can get gutload from the petstore or from cricket supply places such as http://www.premiumcrickets.com or http://www.armstrongcrickets.com

Great that you are using shelf liner, that will avoid impaction from loose substrate.

You will need to start using supplementation. As a youngster, he needs calcium 5 times per week. The best brand is Repcal with D3. You can or should be able to find that at most petstores, or you can order it from http://www.reptilesupply.com
If he does not have adequate UVB exposure or is receiving any calcium supplementation, he will develop metabolic bone disease.
