His legs are shaking like crazy. I try giving food. It wont work! I try moving him out of the heat and back in. It still did not stop. I need some help!

We could use more information on your setup please.
That type of twitching could be caused from improperly sized prey, impaction from loose substrate, or metabolic bone disease.
How old is your dragon? How big is he?
How long has this been going on?
