Help! Twitching, Eyes Bulging, Scrathing!!

My bearded dragon is around 14 weeks old.. hes lately been..

Problem

1) Twitching a lot
2) eyes bulging
3) scratches head like a dog
4) Very fidgety

Diet
Crickets every other day (with sprinkled in calcium)
Kale and/or Dragon (juvenile peebles).

Calypso rubs her head like that and seems to be uncomfortable when shedding. With the head rubbing and eye bulging it seems to me that the head is going to shed.

What are the basking temps? (on actual basking spot)
