I have a male & female about a year old in the same tank. I am a novice. I noticed for the last few days that the female was doing a lot of scratching around in the tank. Did not realize that she was ready to lay eggs. This morning I found a big mound of the substrate in one corner, covering their water dish. As I uncovered the dish I found about 12 or 13 eggs. What do I do?????

First, Seperate them ASAP. You dont want to be over breeding the female
Two, Give the female extra calcium
Three, You can just discard the eggs, you dont want them to start getting mouldy and stuff!

Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
