Beardie has swollen chin and it's hard

I wasn't able to see this picture, did you post it from your phone?
How long has he had the swelling, did it some up suddenly? It is possible that he could have
fallen on his neck & caused some swelling, or maybe he is storing food?
Or, is the bump on his chin & not his beard?
