HELP. Grayish spots under bearded dragons neck!

]My bearded dragon is one year old! I bathe him regularly, but these past couple weeks I’ve noticed he has a few spots under his neck. One more has appeared recently. They aren’t black spots, they’re more of a grayish/green color. They won’t come off either. Please help

Hello,

That does look a bit off. You are sure that is not food possibly?
Has he shed recently?
It almost looks like burn marks perhaps. Is there a rock in his tank that gets too hot or
an electric heat rock?
