How is he doing this morning? I would keep him warm and comfortable. Perhaps wrap him up with a soft blanket to help keep him immobilized to an extent.

he's doing well today! I stayed up to 1 to check on him every hr so he's annoyed. he sleeps on a blanket already and he snuggles with me to keep warm! I don't have a heater rn :? but he woke up and ready still seems a lil bloated :( don't know what's that about. but he has a good appetite walking well and basking a good amount acting normal! we will see his stool today! i have my mom checking on him often wile I'm not home but he seems great! what do you think the bloating is from?

I cannot answer that question -- dragons do not need heat at nite unless the temp in the tank is 65 or below --- I would of taken him into the vet for Xrays --- but Tracie or AHBD can answer that question about the possible bloating ---

Sorry to hear about this, it's VERY important to keep watch so these things don't happen. Beardies are like toddlers, oblivious to danger all around. Can you post pics of Chester to show the bloating ? Here's how :

https://www.beardeddragon.org/useruploads/ use the XIMG to upload them
I know how to upload pics I’m not at home right now and his bloating is very little when I get home at 12 I’ll post a pic right away! And yes ik they are like toddlers I was grabbing him so he could go into his tank then he saw a bird ran super fast faster than I could react and jumped?

And sorry I read your reply wrong but I I’m not letting him run around too much I thing I’m going to put cardboard on half of his tank to keep him resting and IMoble but as I said I’m not at home so I’ll be doing that once I come back!

OK so it turns out I can’t upload a picture when I’m on my phone so I’m going to upload a pic on my computer chargers do you think it’s necessary to take him to a vet he’s acting completely normal can walk perfectly fine and he’s eating he stool didn’t have any blood in it do you think I should take him to the vet? And why?

I guess if hes acting fine no black bearding eating basking and pooping I am amazed he fell that far and didnt get hurt -- the x rays were to be for internal bleeding anything broken etc ------------- just keep an eye on him -- if anything changes then get him in -- :)
So glad hes ok

Yeah it’s quite a relief he survive the fall because honestly when I looked over the railing I thought I was going to see blood and guts everywhere ??I was just show you a picture of where he fell and where he could’ve landed to literally kill himself he doesn’t want to put be put into a taco for some reason I think it’s because of the trauma and being afraid of birds like terrifyingly now because he fell? so I’m just putting him in a hamster playpen with his basking spot on top while I clean his tank he had to make an art piece for me when he pooped he even put the art piece on the walls?????

What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
Taking my beardie for a walk
