Yuzu has diarrhea and very lethargic

Hello friends, I need your help. My 3yo male dragon started feeling lethargic last week and I noticed his stool being watery and extra smelly for the past 6 days. I suspect that he has parasites. He also started shedding his back and chin. Yuzu has been giving me the black beard since yesterday and wont eat at all. Im heartbroken for my baby. :(

I called the vets in our area but the soonest they can see him is on May. I tried calling the ER hospital but they said they don’t have the antiparasitic medicine for him. What can I do? If anyone knows where I can get medicine for him in Ottawa, Canada I would really appreciate it :(

Thanks so much

He can be in pain or in distress --- what are you using for your UVB? coil or tube and where in the tank is it? Basking temps? what are they and how are you taking them? NO stick ons please they are inaccurate

Ok so you want the basking temp 95-100 taken w/ your probe and set where he sits for basking- I would look at getting him a different piece of decor for basking --you dont need to leave it there long enough to get the temp-- example https://www.petsmart.com/reptile/habitats-and-decor/habitat-decor/thrive-driftwood-reptile-decor-54734.html?cgid=500116 see if you can find something like this that offers different temps- this piece I am showing has different ways to place in the tank --
next your UVB is the T 8? If so I am assuming there is no clear plastic cover over that bulb? If there is please take it off -- distance looks good for the platform it does need to be 6-8 inches directly over the basking decor -- how old is the UVB? 6 months or longer please replace it -- what is is his diet?

I see, so I need a warmer bulb and a better decor. I'm using a https://www.bigalspets.com/ca/zoo-med-reptisun-10-0-t5-ho-uvb-fluorescent-lamps.html?sku=26396 for the UVB.
Unfortunately the prev owner didn't train him to eat greens so he just eats super worms. I supplement it with https://emeraid.com/vet/emeraid-carnivore/ :/

Ok so he needs a better diet I am gonna post a nutrition site here in a bit not at home now-- but you need to get him off the superworms and get him on crickets dubia roaches silk worms or BSFL - you can use those to lure him to the salad bowl-- the T 5 is too close for the distance- that should be 12-15 inches directly above the basking decor-- why are you supplementing the carnivore care- that is usually given if the dragon is ill and not eating on his own-- since your in the UK I would google places to get insects from- I would look at getting him some more decor pieces in his tank--- one under the UVB and one under the heat lamp- make sure your using that probe to get the temp- what wattage are you using now?

http://www.beautifuldragons.com/Nutrition.html ignore the kale thing its a good staple feeder
I would post websites for feeders but your in the UK-- I would get the BSFL ASAP use them as lures to the salad bowl add as many as you want DO NOT dust them and look for dubia roaches as another staple feeder
you will need a bowl like this to keep the BSFL in

Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
