My 3 year old cousin flushed my bearded dragon down the toilet! How do I get it back?!

Please tell me that you are kidding?
I don't think you can get him back from an incident
such as that. Even if you could recover him from the septic tank which would be a huge feat
in itself, he/she is likely fatally wounded. I don't have any other suggestions for this type of
scenario.
