Recently I noticed my beardy Spike is producing a lot of saliva, noticed it one day when he was eating. My special boy was born with 1 nostril, despite that though he still breaths like normal, and has been completely healthy since I got him. (Roughly 3 or 4 years ago) He has started the process of shedding, so I'm wondering if his nostril might be clogged. He isn't breathing through his mouth, and is eating just fine. He does drink plenty or even a lot of water. He has a water bowl that he does in fact use, and because he is shedding now I've been giving him 15 minute baths everyday to help. Before I take him to the vet I hope some of you can offer some advice.
I'm thinking about once the shed starts peeling I'm going to help him out with his nose, get it unclogged.
