Possible parasites and prolapse

My boyfriend has a 3 year old male bearded dragon that he keeps on a diet of superworms, wax worms and dried crickets. He has T8 UVB bulb and a basking spot of 101°. He just went to the bathroom and I noticed that when he was finishing up it was stringy, and it looked like he either prolapsed or tried to keep pushing out what looked like purple fecal matter, but it went back up causing me to believe it was just a prolapse, which is a problem within itself.
Also, after he defecated I noticed something in there that looks not good at all. I don't know what it is, it looks like a worm but it's not moving.
I also want to note that the other day he ate a piece of his urate, but quickly spit it out

First where is the T 8? If its on top of the screen it needs to be inside the tank -- they are not strong enough to go thru the screen its blocking 30% of the rays ---distance and placement for the T 8 is crucial --- next how are the basking temps being taken NO stick ons they are inaccurate and you need a digital probe thermometer --- and third please No more wax worms -- they are too fatty and feeding long term can cause liver damage - he needs a good staple insect like crickets dubia roaches or silk worms --- I recommend dubias and silk worms -- and he needs salad every day --- here is a website for nutrition http://www.beautifuldragons.com/Nutrition.html ignore the kale thing its a good staple feeder -- the undigested food tells me the basking temps are not high enough thus the digital probe thermometer needs to be used

How is your boy doing? Has the prolapse stayed back in I hope?
We do need to know the brand of the tube bulb that is a T8, so we can be sure it is one of
the better ones.
It is a possibility he is calcium deficient if he tried eating his urates, since they are whitish in
color. Or, he may have another type of vitamin/mineral deficiency, it is hard to determine
exactly.
Are you referring to the stringy matter on the urates? That could be a sperm plus perhaps.
