Hi there,
You're going to want to source an exotic vet and get him in. Did the dog actually puncture the skin? Hopefully it didn't puncture the lungs but it's possible the bite punctured other internal organs.
Depending on the severity of the injuries, there isn't much you can do at home without vet interaction.
Can you post a picture perhaps so we can assess how bad the wound is and if it did infact puncture through?
