Hello I am wondering if someone can help me in regards to this little babies tail? Is it broke? Tail rot? Stuck shed? Will it fix as it gets older?

Hello,

That is not tail rot, but looks like it has gotten pinched in something possibly, or some retained
shed in that area. How long has it looked like this?
If it is retained shed it may work itself off or the very tip might dry up & fall off, it is hard to know
for sure. Just keep an eye on it, to be sure that it doesn't become discolored, etc & travel up the
tail.

Thank you for responding:) I am unsure of how long it was like this since it is a small baby, essentially a hatchling about 4 inches roughly and I have been contemplating purchasing this sweet little one but I wanted to be sure it wasn’t something serious.

If it has been like that for a while, it may not cause any issues. It's worth watching to see if the damaged area appears to expand and move up the tail. In that case, it may be infected and would need treatment from a vet. If it is staying the same it may just stay that way, or the end may wind up falling off eventually and just healing over. In that case, it isn't likely to cause any long term problems.
